How To Return An Item

Simply stated, if for any reason you are not satisfied with Serious Skincare® products, simply return the unused portion within 30 days for a prompt, no-question asked refund of the purchase price.*

*Shipping is not included in the purchase price. A return processing fee of $5 will be applied to all orders. Refused Shipment will be charged the shipping cost plus a 10% restocking fee.

Orders for all in-stock merchandise are processed within 48 hours unless it was purchased during the weekend or a holiday. Items being shipped by STANDARD delivery methods should be received within 10 business days. If you have chosen EXPRESS delivery, you should receive your item within 5 days. Some specialty items may require additional delivery time.
