How do I return an item? Simply stated, if for any reason you are not satisfied with Serious Skincare® products, simply return the unused portion within 30 days of receipt for a prompt, no-questions asked refund of the purchase price.* *shipping is not included in the purchase price. A restocking fee may apply to orders of $50 or more . Multiple returns of used products could result in a restocking fee. Refused Shipments will be charged the shipping costs plus a 10% restocking fee. |
