I've been using the Continuously Clear Nano Hydra+ kit along with this Sulfur Mask for 2 years and my skin has been completely clear.  The sulfur smells like sulfur, which is not good, but I could not care less because of the great results I get.  When this mask comes off, my skin is very smooth and it's less oily for a day or two.
